This Privacy Policy applies to 7295531 Canada Incorporated's ("Top Insurance People") customers who have purchased our Advertising Package or Agent Membership. We believe in the responsible use of personal information and will endeavour to honour the privacy of all of our customers. We are committed to complying with the applicable privacy legislation in all countries and legal jurisdictions in which we offer our services.
Your Personal Information
Top Insurance People's Web Site asks for certain essential personal information to complete your order for our Advertising Packages or Agent Memberships and provide our interactive online services to you. This personal information is comprised of your:

Cookies
Be aware that our Web Sites uses "cookies". If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our services, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. We will automatically send the friend a one-time email invitation to visit the site, and may send one follow-up invitation to friends that did not respond. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending these emails. The friend may contact us using the contact information provided below to request the removal of this information from our database.
Conflicts
In the event of an inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and Top Insurance People's "Terms of Service," the Privacy Policy shall control.
Merger
Top Insurance People may assign any or all of its rights hereunder and may transfer data collected or acquired hereunder in the event of a merger or acquisition of all or substantially all of the assets of Top Insurance People.
